These terms apply to the website, bookings and services provided by Lanna Beauty Studio. By requesting or confirming an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and prices

Online forms are appointment requests until the salon confirms them. Prices marked “from” may change according to hair length, product use, design complexity, treatment time or consultation. The final price should be confirmed before work begins.

Cancellations and lateness

The business may publish a cancellation, deposit or late-arrival policy. Add the actual notice period, deposit amount and refund rules here before publishing.

Health and service suitability

Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures or other facts relevant to a service. The salon may decline or stop a service when reasonably required for safety.

Payments, results and complaints

Accepted payment methods, deposits, refunds and correction periods must be confirmed by the business. Results vary between clients. Concerns should be reported promptly so the salon can assess them.

Website use and liability

Website information is general and does not replace medical advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
